Overview

Cheetah enables ultrafast exploration of screening collections using 3D shape and pharmacophore configuration. It is optimized to search for 3D-analogues of a bioactive conformer input in screening collections that are not amenable to a combinatorial construction.

For instance, searching a 10-million compound collection for 3D-analogues with respect to shape and pharmacophore configuration is expected to complete within 15 minutes on our default CPU-based hardware.
